·         You contacted us via our ‘Get involved’ page,

·         You have interacted with us via our social media

We use the information that you have given us in order to  

-          To safely record and store a transcript you have provided, and to inform you of its publication as part of our archive, and any other pertinent updates to our service

-          To contact you directly about an interview as part of the Bi archive, and any other information pertaining to your enquiry

-          To help us understand who uses our website and how

We may share this information with authorised members of our archive team.

We keep contact information regarding interviews and transcript in perpetuity unless you contact us directly to withdraw your consent. We will then dispose your information by disposing of it securely from our website and network documents.
